Duties

• Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents for asset-backed securities offerings.

Requirements

• Experience with Oil & Gas or other esoteric ABS asset classes preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
