Duties

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on finance management, business, and legal transactions.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Requirements

• Admission to the NJ Bar.
• Experience with real estate transactions, wills, probate, guardianship, estate planning, and trusts.
• Participation in at least five civil trials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

Skills

• Proficiency in Office 365 and Windows 10.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and seek new business.
