• Administer decedent estates and act as fiduciary or counsel to trustees and executors.
• Represent clients in contested probate and trust litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research on California probate and trust law developments.
• Collaborate with accountants, financial planners, and other advisors to coordinate client solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals.

Requirements

• 12 years of trusts and estates practice experience.
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation.
• Strong client relationship development and management track record.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the California State Bar.
• (Optional) Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or equivalent.
