Duties

• Collaborate with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem.
• Assist in venture capital financings and private equity transactions.
• Participate in public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• JD degree obtained between 2021-2024.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a client-focused approach.
• Prior large law firm experience is a plus.
• Experience or exposure to venture capital, growth, or private equity is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California.
