Duties

• Travel to various courts in the state to manage all litigation aspects.
• Research laws, rulings, and regulations to formulate legal opinions.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through responsive communication.
• Attend continuing education to stay informed on legal changes.

Requirements

• Active attorney license in California with no discipline history.
• Experience in consumer collection litigation preferred; training available.
• Knowledge of civil litigation and consumer protection laws.
• Ability to collaborate and utilize resources for high-quality solutions.
• Superior time management and priority-setting skills.
• Leadership skills to motivate and drive results.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.
