Location

Duties

• Represent clients in insurance defense and civil litigation cases, including:
  • Auto liability
  • Premises liability
  • Professional and general liability
  • Medical and dental malpractice
• Assist in all phases of litigation from case inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials (both in-person and virtually)
• Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Maintain clear communication with clients and legal teams
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation
• Active member in good standing with the California or Nevada State Bar
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in legal technology and case management platforms

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active California or Nevada State Bar license (Required)
