A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney in Winchester, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing and title work, with a minimum of two years of experience. This full-time position requires a Massachusetts Bar membership and a Notary commission.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Review title abstracts and condominium documents.
• Cure title defects and conduct trust reviews.
• Attend and conduct real estate closings.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of real estate conveyancing experience.
• Strong people skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in real estate software like Qualia and Simplifile.
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft-based programs.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with condominium conversions and commercial transactions is a plus.
• Knowledge of probate and estate planning is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Massachusetts Bar membership.
• Certified Notary Public license.
