Duties

• Write new patent applications for filing at the USPTO.
• Analyze and revise patent agreements; assist with appeals and reissues.
• Negotiate and draft patent agreements; prepare documents for filing.
• Draft responses to USPTO office actions.
• Perform patentability and freedom-to-operate searches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum of three years of experience in drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications.
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential communications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under time constraints.
• Interest in using innovative AI technology to support work.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.

Certifications

• Registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
