Duties

• Collaborate on and/or lead construction-related legal matters.
• Provide legal counsel on contracts, permits, zoning, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and stay informed on industry developments.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar (or eligibility for admission).
• For experienced candidates: proven ability to manage cases and advise clients independently.
• For newer candidates: strong foundational legal skills and an eagerness to develop deep expertise in construction law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
