Duties

• Handle construction-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements.
• Advise clients on risk management, project compliance, and claims avoidance.
• Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with firm partners and clients across multiple projects and jurisdictions.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Bar.
• Minimum 10 years of construction law and litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of public and private construction projects, lien law, and contract disputes.
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.
