Duties

• Manage and litigate personal injury and civil litigation cases from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda

• Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy, filings, and case progress

• Ensure adherence to legal deadlines and court schedules

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience

• Experience in personal injury law (preferred)

• Ability to manage caseload independently and efficiently

• Strong organizational and case management skills

• Professional demeanor and ability to work as part of a legal team

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Nebraska (required)
