Duties

Requirements

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in a sophisticated law firm setting.
• Experience in senior secured, mezzanine, second lien, and/or syndicated finance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client management experience.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• PA Bar admission required.

Education

• Strong academic record from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
