Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and related documents
• Provide legal counsel on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey reviews
• Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property tax issues
• Represent clients in real estate-related litigation and dispute resolution
• Coordinate with lenders, developers, and governmental entities
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• 7 years of experience practicing real estate law
• Strong background in both transactional and litigation matters related to real estate
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex matters simultaneously

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and good standing member of the Texas State Bar
