Job Overview:

A well-regarded law firm based in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join a collaborative legal team that advises on employment law, estate planning and administration, Orphans’ Court matters, and related litigation. Duties:

• Draft a range of legal documents, including contracts, estate plans, court pleadings, and professional correspondence

• Provide support on civil litigation matters and employment law issues

• Assist in the negotiation and review of agreements

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda related to litigation and transactional matters

• Participate in the administration of estates and trusts

• Support senior attorneys in managing case files and client communications

• Maintain meticulous records and contribute to a team-focused practice

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, or pending admission (conditional offers may be extended if awaiting bar results)

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Orphans’ Court litigation, estate planning, trust and estate administration, employment law, or related practice areas

• Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services in a timely and ethical manner

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in PA and NJ (or pending admission)

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Effective interpersonal communication

• Client-centered approach with high attention to detail
