Duties

• Provide substantive knowledge on statutes, regulations, and rules affecting family law.
• Deliver excellent presentation and communication in court and internal meetings.
• Demonstrate superior writing capabilities.
• Handle high asset and complex caseloads with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate effectively with a team or work independently.
• Resolve family law cases through settlement or trial.
• Manage cases with all staff involved, including paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years' experience litigating family law cases.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Certified Family Law Specialist or immediately eligible for certification preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
• Certified Family Law Specialist preferred.
