Duties

• Litigate personal injury and product liability cases from inception through resolution

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Attend court conferences, hearings, and mediations

• Draft, research, and argue legal motions

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

• Maintain communication with clients and ensure case progress

Requirements

• 3–5 years of insurance defense litigation experience

• Experience litigating personal injury cases involving liability disputes and product liability claims.

• Experience with motion practice

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
