• Engage in client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably within an Am-Law 100 firm.
• Experience in Finance & Restructuring practice areas.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal cases and deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
