Duties

• Provide comprehensive legal representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution with precision and strong client advocacy.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files using CRM software.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop effective legal strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Maryland Bar membership.
• Minimum 3 years of family law experience, including divorce and custody.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Courtroom experience, including hearings and trials.
• Strong organizational and client-service skills.
• Proficiency with legal technology and CRM systems.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications
