Duties

• Prepare clients for trials and advocate on their behalf.
• Oversee division of marital assets and negotiate settlements.
• Maintain organized client files with accurate documentation.
• Cultivate client relationships with clear communication and support.
• Prepare legal documents for a high volume of cases.
• Collaborate with paralegals and senior partners for swift action.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in family law litigation and courtroom advocacy.
• Licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Compassionate and resilient advocate with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active member of the ABA (American Bar Association).
