Job Overview:
On behalf of a dynamic boutique law firm with a strong presence in New York, a temp-to-permanent opportunity is available for a talented Mid-Level Litigation Associate. This role offers immediate, hands-on experience with civil litigation in both federal and state courts. Ideal candidates will have a practical business mindset and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a rare chance to work directly on impactful cases from Day 1 within a supportive and forward-thinking litigation team.

Location:

• White Plains, New York

Duties:

• Represent individual and corporate clients in a variety of civil litigation matters

• Handle cases filed in both federal and state courts

• Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court

• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s NYC, Westchester, and Dutchess County offices

• Manage caseload with efficiency in a fast-moving legal setting

Requirements:

• Prior experience in civil litigation preferred

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team

• Effective communicator, able to interact with clients and colleagues professionally

• Strong business acumen and pragmatic legal approach

• Must be able to work on-site in White Plains, NY

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (Required)

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (Preferred)
