Duties:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements related to global franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide legal counsel on domestic and international franchise matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle dispute resolution processes related to franchise and supply network issues.
• Offer regulatory advice to support the firm's clients in navigating complex legal landscapes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements within the legal domain.
• Proven experience in counseling and dispute resolution, particularly in franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Strong academic background with a high level of achievement in law studies.
• Previous experience in a law firm setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of legal practices and procedures.
• Knowledge or experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
