Duties

• Represent investors in corporate governance litigation.
• Work towards achieving governance reforms at public companies.
• Engage in complex stockholder or commercial litigation.
• Collaborate with a team to address self-dealing and executive compensation issues.
• Challenge harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

Requirements

• Admitted to the New York and/or Delaware Bar.
• Experience in prosecuting or defending complex stockholder or commercial litigation.
• Knowledge of Delaware corporate law and breach of fiduciary duty litigation.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases.

Education

• JD required (2018 - 2022 preferred).

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York and/or Delaware Bar.

Skills

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
