Location:

• Salt Lake City, UT

Duties:

• Represent clients in employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases
• Provide legal advice and counseling to employers on compliance, investigations, employment agreements, and policy development
• Manage and expand client relationships while delivering high-quality legal solutions
• Collaborate with other practice areas to address clients' broader legal needs
• Engage in business development efforts to grow and sustain the client base

Requirements:

• 15 years of experience in labor and employment law
• Substantial litigation and counseling background in employment matters
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial drive and a client-service orientation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in the State of UT (required)
