Location:

• Murray, Utah

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support modifications, and protective orders.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Ensure compliance with case deadlines and maintain accurate case records.
• Participate in firm meetings, training sessions, and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Strong courtroom advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Utah and in good standing with the Utah State Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research and case management.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
