Duties

• Draft wills, trusts, and shareholder agreements.
• Quantify tax impacts of estate and business succession plans.
• Structure and supervise estate and trust administration plans.
• Develop and maintain client and referral source relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in trusts and estates practice.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Effective matter management and executive functioning skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• License to practice law in New York required.
• License to practice in Florida preferred.

Skills

• Experience in corporate and transactional work preferred.
• LLM in tax is highly regarded.
