Will prepare drafts of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Attend routine court appearances. Meet with clients. Draft accountings and related Surrogate's Court pleadings. Assist clients in skilled nursing facilities with Medicaid applications and administrative appeals. Must be admitted to practice in New York State.
