Duties

• Manage and execute a variety of M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal advice.
• Draft and review transaction documents and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in M&A transactions.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm is required.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
