This role involves managing litigation cases from inception through trial, working in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Location:

Duties:

• Manage and oversee litigation files from initiation through trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations.
• Work collaboratively with legal teams on trial preparation and case development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil litigation, including trial preparation and court representation.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of Georgia (or eligibility for admission).
