A law firm seeks a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with expertise in private equity and M&A to join their Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and equity investments.

Duties

• Advise private equity firms and portfolio companies on complex transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements.
• Manage day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients.
• Handle management equity arrangements and co-investment terms.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials.
• Minimum of five years of experience in private equity and M&A transactions.
• Texas bar admission or eligibility to become admitted in Texas.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Texas bar admission or eligibility.
