Duties

• Negotiate complex standalone commercial transactions.
• Work closely with founders developing cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in licensing and commercial partnering transactions.
• Substantial law firm experience in life sciences technology.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent contract drafting capabilities.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the state of the office location or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Bar admission in relevant state.
