Duties:

• Analyze and resolve title issues and other related legal matters.

• Engage in clear, professional communication with clients, developers, lenders, and transaction participants.

• Conduct legal research and due diligence to support complex transactions.

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver seamless legal solutions across a range of transactions.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in real estate, development, or business law.

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

• Proven track record of producing client-ready work with minimal oversight.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar (required).

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and drafting skills with a focus on transactional documentation.

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in legal analysis.
