The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification from an ABA-accredited program, or significant experience in business, real estate, or estate planning/administration. Must have the ability to learn quickly and follow processes. Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail, including formatting and editing, are required. Should have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn additional necessary firm software. Must be comfortable communicating with and meeting clients.
