A highly regarded national law firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Attorney to support its Litigation and Information Governance team. This role is designed for an attorney with demonstrated experience across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and a commitment to managing large-scale discovery matters in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment. This is a non-partnership track opportunity for candidates focused on long-term growth in eDiscovery and litigation support.
Handle eDiscovery for complex litigation and regulatory matters
Supervise execution of discovery projects, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets
Draft and negotiate eDiscovery protocols, protective orders, and production agreements
Serve as liaison to case teams, firm partners, clients, and vendors
Coordinate identification, collection, and review of electronically stored information (ESI)
Create and manage review workflows and quality control procedures
Prepare and oversee document productions
Develop budgets and forecasts for review projects; monitor and review invoicing
Mentor review attorneys to uphold quality and efficiency standards
Promote a collaborative, respectful team environment across legal and technical teams
3–5 years of legal experience focused on eDiscovery (law firm, in-house, or government sector)
Admission to the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent matters
Proficient in verbal and written communication with clients, attorneys, and third parties
Ability to adapt and perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Comfortable with sedentary work and extensive computer use
Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed
Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited law school
Active and good standing membership in a U.S. state bar
Advanced knowledge of EDRM and litigation discovery best practices
Excellent analytical, legal writing, and research capabilities
Business acumen and sound judgment in project execution
Ability to influence, guide, and motivate review teams
Persuasive communication and leadership skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Familiarity with legal technology tools used in document review and eDiscovery
