The candidate will be drafting and responding to discovery. Motion practice, including preparation and argument. Case management and organization skills. Taking and defending depositions. Development and discovery of experts. Trial assistance and Business development. Should have 2-3 years of product liability litigation experience. Exceptional research and writing abilities and analytical skills are required. Academic credentials will be weighed along with other indicators of ability, motivation and initiative. Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a strong desire for client contact and hands-on litigation experience. Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible).
