Duties:

• Conduct client consultations, gather case details, and develop legal strategies.
• Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law using legal research tools.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Prepare and organize case materials, including evidence, exhibits, and witness statements.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and advocate for clients in dispute resolution.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and legal support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and legal procedures through continuing education and professional development.

Requirements:

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
