Duties

• Handle cases from inception through final disposition with strong office support.
• Attend court-mandated conferences and hearings.
• Learn the basics of website technology.
• Work on cutting-edge lawsuits involving website technology and privacy rights.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience in civil litigation in California.
• Strong advocacy and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage court deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills

• Substantial litigation experience, preferably in class actions.
• Familiarity with privacy law, including the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) and federal wiretap statutes.
• Familiarity with the tech sector or digital marketing ecosystem.
• Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership of cases.
