Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys on renewable energy projects.

• Negotiate, draft, and close commercial agreements.
• Assist with financing and real estate transactions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in energy transactions or related fields.
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions, financing, or project development.
• Familiarity with tax credit matters is a plus.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in Florida.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission without examination.
