Duties:

• Independently manage an active caseload involving civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop case strategies and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to achieve client goals.
• Participate in business development activities to help grow the firm's practice.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions.
• Excellent communication and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and handle a diverse range of legal matters.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar License required.

• Expertise in civil litigation, with experience in various types of civil matters.
