Duties

• Advise clients on corporate matters throughout their growth cycle.
• Assist with venture capital financings and liquidity events.
• Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal support.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies.
• Experience in a corporate department of a national or international law firm.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia or eligible for admission.
