The candidate ‘must have 3+ years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation experience, with trial experience preferred. Should possess strong legal writing and research skills and be well versed in all facets of litigation, including Texas Procedure, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, motions practice, attending court hearings, mediations, and trials. Effectively conduct negotiations, when appropriate, to resolve matters on behalf of clients. Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Should possess very good case management and leadership skills, be very detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to client service.
