Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding Workers' Compensation cases.

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and handle disputes effectively.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies and provide high-quality client service.
• Stay updated on Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Admission to the bar in Oklahoma.
• Prior experience in Workers' Compensation law is preferred.
• Ability to manage a high caseload and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
