Represent clients in litigation cases involving Native American law
Handle complex commercial and construction disputes
Provide legal analysis and strategic advice
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and oral arguments
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies
3 to 5 years of experience in Federal Indian Law, litigation, or administrative law
Trial, deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction
State Bar membership in good standing
Additional state admissions may be preferred or required based on location
Strong legal research and writing abilities
Effective oral and written communication
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience with Federal Indian Law is highly desirable
