Project Finance Attorney

The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in firm’a Energy and Natural Resources business unit. Should have 7-15 years of experience. Must have extensive experience with the acquisition, development, financing and operation of energy and infrastructure projects. Ability to formulate competitive bidding solicitations, structure projects, negotiate project agreements and loan documentation, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements is strongly preferred. Must have an excellent academic record, proficient writing skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Should have a bar license in the state to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
