Duties

• Litigate insurance and bad faith actions across various jurisdictions.
• Provide comprehensive insurance coverage services to clients.
• Engage in motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.
• Manage discovery and depositions effectively.
• Prepare pleadings and briefs for litigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of solid litigation experience.
• Experience in handling coverage matters and litigating bad faith actions.
• Ability to manage breach of contract and insurance litigation from inception to trial.
• Experience with state and federal court proceedings.
• Current Washington Bar admission in good standing; California Bar admission is a plus.

Education

• JD with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Washington Bar admission required.
