Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of estate planning documents and related legal instruments.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
• Represent clients in estate and trust administration matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop comprehensive strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with evolving laws and regulations in estate planning and transfer tax.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in estate planning and/or transfer tax.
• Strong understanding of estate law, tax law, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar admission in Florida.
