A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its expanding office in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to advocating for injured clients and delivering exceptional legal representation.

Duties

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients at trial, advocating effectively to secure favorable outcomes.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare cases for negotiation or litigation.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to practice law in the State of Illinois and in good standing.
• Prior experience handling personal injury cases, including trial experience.
• Strong litigation skills, with the ability to independently manage cases through trial.
• Commitment to client advocacy and achieving meaningful outcomes for injured individuals.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, and case management skills.
