Duties

• Manage day-to-day handling of pre-suit and litigation files.
• Provide training and guidance to support staff.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients.
• Screen potential clients and investigate claims.
• Document injuries, expenses, and calculate damages.
• Interview witnesses and review medical documents.
• Represent clients through trial and counsel them throughout the claims process.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Florida Bar License required.
• Open to both new and experienced attorneys.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop support staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
