• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients.
• Investigate claims, gather evidence, and document injuries.
• Calculate damages and interview witnesses.
• Review medical documents and represent clients through trial.
• Counsel clients throughout the claims process.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Florida Bar License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
