Location

Duties

• Negotiate settlements and legal outcomes on behalf of clients

• Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case strategy

• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and agreements

• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process

• Attend client meetings, including in-person consultations for pre-suit matters

• Supervise and collaborate with legal assistants and support staff

Requirements

• Prior experience in personal injury or civil litigation law

• Proven ability to manage case files and conduct legal research

• Experience negotiating settlements and representing clients in court

• Strong leadership and case management skills

• Commitment to client service and legal ethics

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida
