NQ role to grow our corporate work

Our Corporate team has been busy over the past 18 months and they have a strong pipeline of interesting work ahead. We are looking to grow and have an opportunity for a solicitor (or equivalent) to join our respected 6-partner team in a junior level role.

Our team covers a broad mix of corporate work with specialist private equity and venture capital, banking and insolvency expertise. Our clients come from many different sectors and vary in size from start-ups to multi-national businesses. While their typical deal value ranges from £5m to £25m, they also assist with smaller and much larger deals and you can find some examples of their work here

This role will enable you to build your career in a friendly and forward-thinking team which really encourages initiative and personal development. Under supervision, you’ll enjoy plenty of client contact and the opportunity for early responsibility and advancement based on individual merit. As a firm, we have embraced ways to work more flexibly and we are committed to continuing this in the future.

We are open to considering applications from qualified solicitors and those qualifying up to March 2022 (providing they will have already gained at least 6 months’ experience in corporate work on qualification), but applications from candidates with post qualification experience will also be welcome.
